How scrumptious, yummy, adorable and comfy does this sofa look? Mmmm dreamy! I love clashing patterns and prints and think this is a great way to use up odd pieces of vintage fabric. If you did not want to recover a whole sofa maybe start with a chair? I would like to make something like this for a photo shoot this year i think.

Ballooning good time!

It was house mates birthday last week and i had full intention to wait until he fell asleep and slowly push balloons into his room one by one until he awoke in a haze of birthday balloon brilliance. Unfortunately he did not come home that evening so i am now planning a surprising stealth attack.

I would like to invest in plaits and a multicoloured hand knitted poncho, i best get started now because it would take me that long to knit one for myself.
